Used, seems to work fine. I put a 240 ohm resistor and got empty 30 full. Appears to be functioning fine. Received it with a project truck while back, but was incorrect for the application.

I do have the mounting bracket and it is included. Hooked to a 12v power supply and tested gauge lighting. I also had a few misc resistors tried across that range and got readings the sweep.
