This listing is for the ignition monitor described above only. I have a number of different tachometers that work with this ignition monitor in my other listings which are shown the last few pictures. It has never been used or installed. Yank built super cars are known for using SW 970 series pedestal tachometers and those cars used this 990B ignition monitor.

Due to the cost, not many of these tach and monitors were made even fewer survive today. This ignition monitor is in mint unused condition as shown. The original mounting screws are included in oxidized condition. This is an awesome and very hard to find vintage tachometer ignition monitor/sending unit.

This is a real deal Stewart Warner ignition monitor for 970 series pedestal and panel mount tachometers. This is simply and awesome never used tach ignition monitor. Stewart Warner instruments have always been well known for being dependable, accurate, and easy on the eyes. This is brand new in the original box and has never been used or installed.

The original decal is in awesome shape as shown. If a fellow hot odder looked in your car and saw SW tach or gauges, he knew you were force to be reckoned with. The original instructions are also included in good condition. All terminal labels are also very nice and legible.

Yank built super cars are well known for having Stewart Warner 970 series pedestal tach installed in them. See my other listings for the parts in last couple pictures. This particular monitor is model 990D which was used on engines with points ignition and CD Capacities Discharge systems.
