This is a very old Stewart Warner 5,000 RPM tachometer. This tach is in good un restored original condition, especially when you consider it almost 90 years old. These tach rarely come up for sale. The case is in good condition with the factory ink stamped part number and date code intact.

The lens is clean and clear with no cracks, chips, or heavy scratches. The model number printed on the back is 557 BF and date code The dial is in good shape overall and would be much better with the lettering off white paint freshened. This is a very desirable gauge for Cord and hot rod enthusiasts alike.
