The Ford 1927-1928 Tire Gauge Antique Snap Pouch Tool is a captivating piece of automotive history, perfectly embodying the spirit of the Roaring Twenties. This vintage tire gauge is a testament to the craftsmanship and design sensibilities of its era.
The gauge itself is a wonder of simplicity and functionality. The dial is precision-engineered, featuring a 0-60 PSI range with fine graduations, ensuring accurate tire pressure readings. The dial is housed in a robust brass casing, polished to a gleaming sheen, which adds an air of elegance and durability to the tool. The dial is framed by a steel bezel, finished with a black enamel, which not only provides a striking contrast but also protects the dial from scratches and damage.
The handle of the gauge is crafted from high-quality walnut, giving the tool a warm and inviting feel. The walnut handle is accented by brass, which matches the gauge casing, providing a harmonious aesthetic. The handle is capped with a metal ferrule, which protects the end of the handle and adds a touch of sophistication to the overall design.
The tool comes in an antique snap pouch, which is a perfect companion for the tire gauge. The pouch is made from genuine leather, which has developed a rich patina over time, a testament to its age and usage. The pouch features a snap closure, ensuring that the tire gauge is securely stored and protected. The snap pouch also has a loop on the back, allowing you to attach it to your belt or bag, making it easily accessible whenever you need it.
